Terms of Service

1. What Ledger is

Ledger is a trading journal and analytics product. It is a recordkeeping and analysis tool. It is not a broker, not a signals service, and does not place or recommend trades.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the product, abuse the AI features for spam or harm, or use Ledger to facilitate illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

4. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Trading disclaimer

Trading is risky. Nothing in Ledger — including AI Coach output — is financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for your trades.

6. Liability

Ledger is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on the changelog at least 14 days before they take effect.
